Oxford University Press celebrated Iqbal Day on 10th November, 2016 by arranging a Quiz Competition for students of various schools of Peshawar. Two teams from LIMS Girls & LIMS Boys Sections took part in the quiz under the supervision of Ms. Riffat Batool and Mr Asif,   secured 1st and 2nd positions respectively. The team of Girls included Hoorain Khan and  Sandaleen Iftikhar of class X R and  Maryam Niazi of class VIII R, whereas  Romaisa Sajid of class VIII R  co-hosted the program. Boys team was comprised of Hamza Abbas of class X B, Zain-ul-Abideen of class IX B & Meerwais Mujeeb of class VIII B. Congratulations to the winners!

1stAnniversary of Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital & Research Centre Peshawar: was celebrated on 14th February, 2017 and was attended by Ms. Aalia Rehman & Ms. Hina Bibi with a group of talented students of Classes V to VIII from the LIMS’ Boys School, who stole the show with their brilliant performance. Presenters, Muzammil Shiraz, Behram Shah, Waleed Azimi, Hurair Ahmad, Afaq Ahmad, Hussain Ahsan Rauf, M.Anfal, Saadat Ali Khan, M. Zarrar, Syed Baryalay Shah, and Hashir Ali sang a beautiful message-rendering English song having the title “Build it Anyway”.

Like every year, this year also class teachers of all the classes displayed their artistic skills when they decorated their classrooms at the beginning of the new academic session.
